Brian Patrick
Brian Patrick is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Brian participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Brian received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was an editor for the Cincinnati Law Review. He received his B.A. in Theology from the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
