Biography
Breanna Li is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Breanna participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Breanna received her J.D., cum laude, with a concentration in Business Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Articles Editor on the UC Law Journal. While in law school, Breanna served as a judicial intern at the Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo. Breanna received her B.A., summa cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
