Beth Kasden is Weil’s first Chief of Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration. She oversees the Firm’s global lateral partner recruiting and integration program, working with leadership and partners across the Firm to develop and execute Weil’s growth strategy through lateral hiring.
Beth focuses on the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. She also leads partner integration, including the transition of client relationships, collaborative business development, execution of business plans, and integration into Weil’s culture. She manages the Firm’s relationships with partner recruiters.
Prior to joining Weil, Beth spent 15 years at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where she held senior-level positions in lateral partner acquisition and integration, strategic growth initiatives, and client development. She has more than twenty years of experience in large law firms. She is a graduate of Barnard College.
