Axel Cadet is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. His practice focuses on banking and acquisition finance as well as restructuring transactions. He advises private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders. He joined the firm in 2025.
Axel graduated from University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where he received a Master’s degree in in Business Law & Economics.
