Anastasia Saba is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Restructuring Department. Her practice focuses on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions, representing debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Her practice also includes corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.
Anastasia Saba graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where she received a Master’s degree in business law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires-DJCE). She joined the Firm in 2022.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French, and she is fluent in English.
