Adam Fee
Biography

A former national security prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, Adam brings aggression and common sense to tough cases. For more than 20 years, he has advised many of the world’s largest companies and prominent individuals in their most important and complex matters, including international banks, multinational corporations, CEOs and other executives, directors, and even elected officials.
Adam is highly regarded and regularly recognized for his work. He has been repeatedly recommended by Legal 500, including for Securities Litigation: Defense and Corporate Investigations and White-Collar Criminal Defense. Benchmark Litigation ranks him as a “Litigation Star,” and earlier named him to its “Future Star” list and “40 and Under Hot List.” In 2025, The American Lawyer honored a team led by Adam as a runner-up for the publications distinguished “Litigator of the Week” honor.

- Two major Middle Eastern media companies in civil defamation and hacking claims in the Southern District of Florida.
- A sitting U.S. Senator facing FARA and corruption charges brought by the DOJ in the Southern District of New York.
- The former CFO of a Silicon Valley tech company facing embezzlement charges brought by DOJ in the Northern District of California.
- The former CEO of an AI technology startup facing securities fraud charges brought by the DOJ in the Southern District of New York.
- A group of former executives of a Silicon Valley social media company facing civil securities fraud claims in the Northern District of California.
- A major talent agency in a dispute with a group of former partners in Los Angeles Superior Court.
- The founder and former chair of a biotechnology startup charged with insider trading in advance of an acquisition by a global pharmaceutical company.

Immediately prior to joining Weil, Adam was a partner at another global law firm in its Investigations and White Collar Defense practice. Before entering private practice, he spent over five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the S.D.N.Y.’s terrorism and international narcotics unit. Earlier in his career, Adam clerked for two years in New York’s Eastern and Southern Districts.
