Weil has been named “Competition Team of the Year” at the Legal Business Awards 2026.

The award recognizes the Firm’s role advising Boeing as global antitrust counsel (outside the U.S.) on its acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems.

Weil was selected ahead of 11 other shortlisted firms, reflecting the strength of its market-leading antitrust practice. The award recognizes teams that “can demonstrate crucial antitrust advice on a specific case, transaction or investigation, or have been instrumental in steering a client through a regulatory minefield.”

The Legal Business Awards are judged by an independent panel of leading general counsel and senior legal industry figures and celebrate excellence, innovation and client service across the legal profession.
