Weil has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s British Legal Awards, with the Firm recognized in the Public M&A Team of the Year, Restructuring Team of the Year and Outstanding Social Impact categories.

The Public M&A and Restructuring nominations recognize the work of Weil’s teams on significant and complex matters and reflect the strength of both practices in the market.

Weil has also been shortlisted for Outstanding Social Impact for its work with the Youth Justice Legal Centre (YJLC) pro bono project. The project is an innovative cross-firm, non-profit partnership that has increased YJLC’s capacity to provide specialist youth justice legal support and improve outcomes for vulnerable children across England and Wales.

The British Legal Awards celebrate achievement across the UK legal profession and recognize leading law firms and legal teams for their work.

The winners will be announced at this year’s awards ceremony.
