Weil has been named a finalist in four categories in the New York Law Journal’s 2026 New York Legal Awards.

In the individual categories, Corporate Department Chairman Michael J. Aiello was selected as a finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year,” an honor he has received multiple times.

In the firm awards, the publication selected Weil as:

• Among 12 firms shortlisted for “Litigation Department of the Year: General Litigation” category in recognition of Weil’s success in litigation across practices over the last year
• One of six finalists in the “Litigation Department of the Year: Class Action” category
• One of just four finalists in the “Litigation Department of the Year: Products Liability/Mass Torts” category
