Weil has advised Montagu on the financing of its acquisition of Multifonds in a carve-out transaction from Swiss-listed banking software provider, Temenos AG.

Multifonds is a leading global provider of proprietary investment accounting and transfer agency software, used to administer more than $10tn of assets.

The Weil team included counsel Ed Hyde and associate Emma Lynam, supported by partner Oliver Walker, counsel Ellie Marques and associate Sean Wright from the Tax team.
