With over 20 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency matters across the Asia-Pacific region, Kathleen leads Weil’s Asia Restructuring practice. Kathleen has diverse experience advising clients across the full gamut of distressed situations, and her comprehensive skillset straddling both contentious and non-contentious work has been well recognized by clients and the wider industry.
