Complex Commercial Litigation Co-Head David Singh has been named among the “Top 100 Lawyers” in California for 2025 by the Daily Journal.
The publication highlighted David’s wins in greenwashing cases for Nike and Lululemon as well as his representations of Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount and Gannett in privacy litigation related to the Video Privacy Protection Act, a 1980s law that plaintiffs have applied to modern digital media.
"Plaintiffs in all of these privacy class actions seek massive statutory damages on behalf of large putative classes, and the cases involve novel questions that challenge courts to resolve misguided attempts to apply old laws in new contexts," David said.
The profile noted his approach to high-stakes cases reflects his strongly held belief that litigation can be both exciting and consequential.
"Nothing beats appearing in court, before a judge and opposing counsel, to present a well-rounded argument and command the strategy, facts and case law," he said.
