Complex Commercial Litigation Co-Head David Singh has been named among the “Top 100 Lawyers and Distinguished Counsel” in California for 2026 by the Daily Journal.
The publication highlighted David’s work securing the dismissal of a “greenwashing” lawsuit against Apple related to Apple Watch products and his representation of ExxonMobil in a plastics pollution suit brought by California’s Attorney General.
He told the Daily Journal that the Firm’s approach to matters like the plastics pollution case, which he helped to shape, has been “to stay disciplined, challenge procedural overreach and develop a fact-driven defense that distinguishes public policy issues from actionable legal claims.”
The Daily Journal also noted David’s current matters, including counseling major companies like Anthropic, Meta and Warner Bros. Discovery in class actions.
This is the second consecutive year David has received this honor.
