Sean Lee is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.

Sean received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School and his LL.B., magna cum laude, from Singapore Management University. Prior to joining Weil, Sean was an attorney in a tier-1 restructuring practice in a top tier law firm in Singapore.

Sean has been a member of teams advising clients in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including:
