Biography
Sean Lee is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.
Sean received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School and his LL.B., magna cum laude, from Singapore Management University. Prior to joining Weil, Sean was an attorney in a tier-1 restructuring practice in a top tier law firm in Singapore.

- Luminar Technologies, Inc., a publicly-listed global technology company specializing in LiDAR and photonics solutions, in connection with its Chapter 11 proceedings, including the sale of its LiDAR business and its subsidiary, Luminar Semiconductors, Inc.
