Vianney Leroux is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2024.
Vianney graduated from Sciences Po – Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris where he received a Master’s degree in Economic Law in 2023. He also received a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
