Biography

Savannah Logan is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group. Her practice focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries including healthcare, transportation, software/technology, and asset management.
Savannah also counsels pro-bono clients on a range of issues in partnership with several organizations, including the Innocence Project, the Veterans Consortium, and the Veterans Assistance Project.
Savannah received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. She earned her B.S.B.A., summa cum laude, in Business Economics and International Business from Rider University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team.
Savannah’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:

- its acquisition of V-Wave Ltd. for up to $1.7 billion
- its $13.1 billion acquisition of Shockwave Medical
- its ~$16.6 billion acquisition of heart pump maker Abiomed, Inc.
- its $400 million+ acquisition of Laminar, Inc.
- Dun & Bradstreet in its $7.7 billion sale to investment funds associated with Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.
- Hologic, Inc. in its ~$350 million acquisition of Gynesonics, Inc.
- Cedar Fair, L.P. in its $8 billion merger with Six Flags Entertainment
- Kantar Group’s sale of its North American Advertising Intelligence unit, Vivvix, to MediaRadar
- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. in its acquisition of 120 retail pharmacies from Brookshire Grocery Company
- Abbott Laboratories in its $850 million acquisition of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc.
- Advent International in its ~$6.4 billion acquisition, alongside minority investor British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, of Maxar Technologies
