Biography
Preston Wickremesekera is an associate in Weil’s Structured Finance and Derivatives practice and is based in New York. Preston participates in advising issuers, underwriters, placement agents and collateral managers in all aspects of structured securities offerings, both in the United States and abroad.
Preston received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Emory International Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Furman University.
