Biography
Messan Dogbevi is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate finance and AI infrastructure, with particular emphasis on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, whether domestic or cross-border. He joined the Firm in 2024.
Messan graduated from Paris-Saclay University where he received a Master’s degree in Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He also received a Master’s degree in Business Law from Mohamed V University in Rabat (Morocco).
He is a member of the Paris Bar and The Swiss Institute of Comparative Law. His native language is French, and he is fluent in English.
