Mahereen is an associate in the Restructuring group of Weil’s London office. As part of a team, Mahereen has been involved in a number of restructurings and has experience advising distressed corporates, private equity houses, minority lenders and insolvency practitioners. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border restructuring matters in a range of sectors.
