Louis-Clément is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. His practice focuses on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions. He represents debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Louis-Clément graduated from Neoma Business School (Grande Ecole – Law and Finance) in 2017 and from Sciences Po Paris with a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master Droit économique) in 2019.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
