Lina Tobal is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. She joined the Firm in 2025.
Lina graduated from HEC Paris (Master in Management, Grande École) in 2023. She also received a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law (Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2023.
She is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English.
