John Kuebler
John Kuebler is an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil’s New York office.

John received his J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Buffalo Law Review. During law school, John also participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining Weil, John served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr., at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and, previously, as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

John has been a member of teams representing various parties in a number of in-court restructurings and other matters, including:
