
Jasmine Harris is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She litigates commercial and restructuring disputes in courts around the country.
Jasmine’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- Avon Products, Inc., holding company of the Avon International beauty brand, and its affiliated debtors, in connection with its chapter 11 cases
- Core Scientific, one of the largest cryptocurrency mining and hosting companies in North America, with respect to pre-petition claims
- Steward Health Care System LLC, the largest private, physician-owned for-profit healthcare network in the United States with over $8 billion in debt obligations, in its chapter 11 cases
Jasmine also maintains an active and robust pro bono practice, including work for the Innocence Project, and the Domestic Violence Awareness Project.
Jasmine received her J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was a Staff Member of the Texas A&M Law Review. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Southeast Missouri State University.
