Haley Talati is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She focuses on litigating business disputes in a variety of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, and professional sports.
Haley maintains an active pro bono practice, including work for the Innocence Project and a federal prisoners’ rights class action.
Haley received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as a Note Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems. She earned her B.A. in Government and Theology from Georgetown University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
