Grace Brennan

Grace Brennan is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She litigates commercial and restructuring disputes in courts around the country.
Prior to joining Weil, Grace served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Grace received her J.D. from Fordham University, cum laude, where she was an associate editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. During law school, she also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Kenneth M. Karas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Upon graduation, Grace was awarded the Lawrence J. McKay Prize for recognition of her membership on the Maria L. Marcus National Moot Court Team. She earned her B.A. in Government and American Studies from Georgetown University.
