Disha Mittal is an associate in Weil's Complex Commercial Litigation practice. She focuses on complex business disputes in a variety of industries.

Disha also has a robust and active pro bono practice, including preparing amicus briefs for the American Friends Service Committee on the impact of harmful gender biases in criminal trials, and for Fair and Just Prosecution on the importance of access to DNA evidence testing for the exoneration of racialized inmates.

Disha received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was a Dean's Letter recipient and a Senior Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. She also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rotman Commerce, University of Toronto.
