Chiara Neirotti
Chiara Neirotti is an associate in the Antitrust team.
Chiara represents clients before the European Commission, EU Member States’ competition authorities, and other key regulators globally. She advises on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, restrictive practices, abuse of dominance, and general counselling and compliance. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of industries, including energy, healthcare, metals and mining, and consumer electronics.
Prior to joining Weil, Chiara was an associate in the Brussels office of an international law firm and trained at another major U.S. law firm in Milan.

- Baxter on the USD 3.8 billion sale of its Vantive kidney care segment to Carlyle
- Lundin Mining in joint acquisition of Filo for CAD 4.1 billion
- Masimo Corporation on the sale of its consumer audio business to HARMAN International
- A metals company on the divesture of certain operations to another metals company
- An Asian-based multinational oil and gas company in connection with various merger control matters
- L3Harris Technologies on the USD 800 million sale of its commercial aviation solutions business to TJC
- Snam in its acquisition of a 49.9% share interest in a joint venture with Eni for gas pipelines between Algeria and Italy
- Philips in dismissing allegations of an abuse of dominance before the Italian Competition Authority
- A multinational energy company in the acquisition of a minority stake in an offshore wind farm in the UK
