Caroline Letalenet
Caroline Letalenet is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. She joined the Firm in 2024.
Caroline graduated from emlyon business school (Grande Ecole) in 2022. She also received a Master’s degree in Business Law in 2022 from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
