Biography
Bahawal is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust practice in London. He advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, foreign subsidies, restrictive practices, market dominance and general counselling and compliance.
Representative experience includes advising:
- Cobham Ultra, a portfolio company of Advent, on its agreement to sell Ultra Maritime, a worldwide leader in next-generation undersea warfare solutions, to Lockheed Martin.
Prior to joining Weil, Bahawal trained at a Magic Circle firm in London and completed a six-month secondment at a global technology company, where he advised on competition, compliance and regulatory issues.
