Andrew Shifren
Andrew Shifren is an associate in Weil’s Employment Practice Group. His practice spans a broad array of labor and employment matters, including trade secret investigations and litigation, restrictive covenant enforcement, internal investigations, and breach of contract.
In addition, Andrew maintains a robust pro bono practice where he has provided employment-related counseling to a variety of non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Weil, Andrew was an associate at another global law firm.
Andrew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Columbia Law School, where he was the James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and was the articles/submissions editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Emory University, graduating with Honors.
