Alexandre Nouailles is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, both for public and private companies, and private equity. He joined the Firm in 2025.
Alexandre graduated from Sciences Po Paris where he received a Master’s degree in Economic Law (Master Droit Économique, Cum Laude) in 2023. He also received a Master in Management from the ESSEC Business School (Grande École, 2024) and a LL.M in Banking and Financial Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master Droit bancaire et financier, 2024).
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English and in Spanish.
He was the President of the law association of ESSEC Business School, Lex ESSEC during his studies.
