Weil’s global Antitrust practice has been selected as a finalist for four awards at Global Competition Review’s GCR Awards 2026.

The Firm has been shortlisted for “Litigation of the Year – Non-cartel Prosecution” for helping secure a landmark $406.8 million plaintiff antitrust jury verdict for client Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Delaware federal court against competitor Amgen.

The Firm was shortlisted for the fourth consecutive year in the “Litigation of the Year – Non-cartel Defence” category, for representing Saks Fifth Avenue in the affirmation by the Second Circuit of the dismissal of a "no hire" antitrust class action against Saks and co-defendant luxury brands.

Weil is also a two-time finalist in the “Merger Control Matter of the Year – Europe” category for advising ChampionX in its sale to SLB, and for representing Boeing in its €4 billion re-acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems.

Winners will be determined via online voting through February 9 and announced at the 16th Annual GCR Awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. on March 24.
