Weil is advising Sign In Solutions Inc, a portfolio company of PSG Equity, on its recommended cash offer for AIM-listed SmartSpace Software Plc, the U.K.-based company providing digital workspace technologies. 

The transaction was announced on March 14 2024, and completion is subject to a shareholder vote and other customary closing conditions.

The Weil team was led by Murray Cox with Sarah Flaherty and Lewis Blakey, supported by Ian Hamilton, Ian Davis, Ada Lam, Laurence Feeney, Krtyaka Khatwani and Jordan McCoy.
