Biography
Yujing Liu is counsel in the firm’s Shanghai office. Her practice focuses on representing Chinese companies in their outbound investments in Europe and Asia. She is also experienced with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters.
Yujing is also experienced with representing various private funds in their investment adviser registrations and exempt reporting filings with the SEC.
Yujing is a native Chinese speaker and is fluent in English.
