Biography
Nathan Bunch is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in New York. Nathan participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the tax aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions.
Nathan has been part of the teams advising:
- Bank of America in a $850 million senior secured term and revolving facility for Tetra Tech, Inc. to finance the acquisition by Tetra Tech UK Holdings Limited
- Citibank in a $2.75 billion senior unsecured revolving facility for Becton, Dickinson and Company
- Getty Images Inc. in its acquisition of Motorsport Images
- Glencore, CPP Investments and BCI, as shareholders, in Viterra Ltd.’s approximately $18 billion business combination with Bunge Ltd.
- PSG in its acquisition of Addigy
- Sumitomo Mitsui, as administrative agent, in a $223 million senior unsecured term facility for Howmet Aerospace Inc.
- Truist Bank, as administrative agent, in a $200 million senior unsecured term facility for Howmet Aerospace Inc.
Nathan received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
