Biography
Max Bloom is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practices in the Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining Weil, Max served as a law clerk to the Honorable Neomi Rao of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He also previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Max graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and was named a finalist in the Upper Level Ames Moot Court Competition. Max earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and English Literature from the University of Chicago, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
