Biography

Artem Khrapko
Artem Khrapko is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group. His practice focuses on government investigations and regulatory approval for mergers and acquisitions in the technology space, and on litigation in the energy sector.

Artem also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing sex trafficking victims seeking to vacate past convictions and representing LGBTQ+ asylum seekers (in partnership with Sanctuary for Families).

Prior to joining Weil, Artem served as an intern at the Federal Trade Commission, Healthcare Sector; where he focused on claims brought under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.  He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as the Notes Editor on the Columbia Journal of European Law. He received his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College, cum laude.
