Weil has been shortlisted for four awards at the 2024 IFLR Americas Awards, highlighting the Firm’s expertise and roles in “the most innovative cross-border” transactions from 2023.

Weil was shortlisted for the following firm awards:

• “Loans Team of the Year”
• “M&A Team of the Year”
• “Private Equity Team of the Year”

Weil was also recognized for its work advising Advent International on its $6.4 billion acquisition of Maxar Technologies in the “Private Equity Deal of the Year” category.

International Financial Law Review based the shortlist for the annual Americas Awards on independent research, consisting of submissions and interviews with lawyers across the industry.
