Yang Mo

Yang Mo is an associate in the Corporate Department of the Firm’s Shanghai office. Her practice mainly covers private equity investment and cross-border M&A, in which she regularly represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and their existing shareholders. She also advises on foreign investment in mainland China and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Weil, she worked at leading international and domestic law firms in Beijing.
