Biography
Stephen Filocoma is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Stephen participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Stephen received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.S. from Georgetown University.
