Biography
Rebecca Lee is an associate in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil. Rebecca has acted for private equity sponsors, corporates, financial institutions and credit funds on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance transactions as well as fund financings, high yield financings and refinancings.
Prior to joining Weil, Rebecca worked at a leading US law firm in London, where she also spent six months on international secondment in Hong Kong.
