Biography
Natalie is an associate in the Banking and Finance group. Natalie has advised private equity sponsors, corporates, financial institutions, funds and direct lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance.
Representative Matters:
- PAI Partners on the financing of the acquisition of HKA
- Advent International on the financing of various acquisitions as well as refinancings and bids including the take private of Laird PLC, the carve out acquisition of Evonik’s methacrylate’s business (Madrid); the acquisition of Encora LLC and Vitaldent, and bids for Corden Pharma, Reebok and Pharma Intelligence.
- Bain Capital on the financing of the bolt-on acquisition of Numerator to existing portfolio company Kantar, plus the bid for Deltatre and CARE Fertility
- CVC on the financing of its acquisition of the run-off insurance business RiverStone Europe and its bids for Circet and Curium
- OTPP on its refinancing of Busy Bees
- Howden Group Holdings Limited on the financing of Aston Lark and Assiteca
- Acting for lenders in connection with CVC’s acquisition of Mehiläinen
- Acting for Permira Credit in connection with GIP’s acquisition of Atlas and Francisco Partner’s acquisition of Consignor Group AS
- Ongoing portfolio company assistance.
Natalie trained at Weil and has previously spent six months on secondment to Weil’s New York office.
