Jessica Nash
Jessica Nash is an associate in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in Washington, D.C. Jessica advises public and private companies and private equity fund clients on diverse administrative and regulatory compliance matters during significant transactions, and in dealings with governmental authorities and enforcement agencies. She also advises clients on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the PATRIOT Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, and other sanctions, international trade, bribery, and corruption laws.

Jessica has been part of the teams advising:

  • Blackbird Purchaser, Inc., a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, in a $1.01 billion unitranche credit facility
  • ChampionX Corporation in its pending sale to SLB
  • Clarience Technologies, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital, in its acquisition of Safe Fleet
  • Goldman Sachs, as representative of the initial purchasers, in a $555 million senior secured notes offering by Dye & Durham Corporation
  • Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho and another financial institution, as representatives of the underwriters, in a $3 billion investment grade senior notes offering for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
  • The Home Depot in its pending $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
  • Sanofi in its pending approximately $2.2 billion acquisition of Inhibrx, Inc.
  • Seven2 and its portfolio company Vitaprotech Group SAS in its pending acquisition of the physical security, access card, and identity reader operations and assets of Identiv, Inc.
  • Sunoco LP in its approximately $7.3 billion acquisition of NuStar Energy L.P.
  • Teneo as Administrators of VTB Capital PLC

Jessica received her J.D., with high honors and Order of the Coif, from George Washington University Law School where she was a member of the George Washington Law Review. While in law school, Jessica served as a judicial extern to Associate Judge Heidi M. Pasichow of the D.C. Superior Court. Jessica received her B.B.A. from Emory University.
