Biography
Gianna Jenkins is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Gianna participates in the representation of public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Gianna received her J.D., with a specialization in Business Law, from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the Chicanx-Latinx Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude, from California State University, Chico.
