Biography

Becky Lange is an associate in Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in New York. Becky participates in advising borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border and domestic acquisition financings and debt restructuring transactions.

Becky has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:

  • AI Fire, LLC. (a portfolio company of TruArc Partners) in an incremental first lien term facility
  • Avolon Holdings Limited in its $2.3 billion and $1.7 billion senior secured term facilities
  • Blue Bird Corporation (a portfolio company of American Securities, LLC) in a $250 million senior secured term and revolving facility
  • Brook + Whittle Limited (a portfolio company of Genstar Capital) in first and second lien incremental senior term facilities to finance its acquisition of the Custom Labels Group business segment of Cenveo Worldwide Limited
  • Brookfield Business Partners in its investment in Westinghouse Electric Company
  • Clarience Technologies, LLC (a portfolio company of Genstar Capital) in its acquisition of Pressure Systems International, LLC and the assets of Truck System Technologies, Inc.
  • EQT Partners in its strategic investment in United Talent Agency
  • Fortress Investment Group LLC, as borrower, in its $940 million senior secured term and revolving facility
  • Howden Group Holdings Limited (f/k/a Hyperion Insurance Group Limited) in a $585 million senior secured term facility for Hyperion Refinance S.à.r.l.
  • The Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. and Kenan Canada (portfolio companies of OMERS Private Equity) in its $1.6 billion incremental senior secured term loan and revolving facility
  • Phoenix Services Holdings Corp. with its $106 million senior secured term facility
  • Phoenix Services International LLC in connection with its senior secured debtor-in-possession facility
  • Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC (a portfolio company of Brookfield Business Partners) in a senior secured term loan and revolving facility

Becky received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. from Georgetown University.
