Bella Spring is a Senior Knowledge and Practice Development Counsel in the Antitrust team, based in London and Brussels. Bella is a UK and EU antitrust specialist with extensive experience across the full breadth of antitrust issues from merger control to antitrust investigations. She analyses the practical impact for our clients of fast-moving legal and regulatory developments and market trends. Bella also works closely with clients and our Antitrust team to develop effective training and knowhow solutions to support the delivery of excellent client service and innovation.
Prior to joining Weil, Bella was a Senior Knowledge Lawyer in the Antitrust team of an international law firm.
