Biography
As part of a team, Victoria advises a range of private equity funds, corporates, infrastructure funds, and financial institutions on real estate and financing transactions such as sales and purchases, corporate acquisitions and disposals involving large multi-site portfolios, leasing and property financing, including developments. Victoria has also advised administrators and other insolvency practitioners on real estate issues in restructurings and insolvency related transactions.
Victoria has assisted clients such as Advent, AMP Capital, APG, Bain Capital, bd-capital, iCON Infrastructure, Lone Star, OMERS and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan across a range of industries including offices, retail, industrial and logistics, healthcare, hotels and leisure, energy and infrastructure.
Victoria trained at a leading US firm in London gaining experience in tax, private equity, special situations, banking finance and real estate finance to complement her corporate real estate practice.
