Biography
Jessica advises global investment fund managers on the structuring, marketing, fundraising and day-to-day operation of a wide range of private investment funds (including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt funds), managed accounts, co-investment schemes and carried interest arrangements in the UK, Europe and globally.
Jessica also advises sophisticated institutional investors on the terms of their primary investments and co-investment activity and has experience advising on associated UK and European regulatory matters.
Clients for whom Jessica has acted on fundraising and related matters include Astarte Capital Partners, ARCH Emerging Markets Partners, bd-capital Partners, DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, BlackRock, Brookfield, Farview Equity Partners, Graphite Capital Partners, PAI Partners and Yoo Capital.
Jessica trained at Weil, gaining experience in the firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Corporate teams. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica studied Law at Queen Mary University of London and completed the LPC in London.
In 2019, she completed a secondment at Advent International to work on and support its fundraising for its $17.5 billion global private equity fund, Advent International GPE IX, and its fundraising for a new, dedicated $2 billion technology-focused companion fund, Advent Global Technology.
Jessica takes an active role in pro bono matters advising charities and not-for-profit organisations as well as participating in other community initiatives.
