Biography
Alexander Rothstein is an associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. He advises on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions with a focus on cross-border private equity transactions.
Alexander studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (law degree 2021). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and worked in the Corporate/M&A and Real Estate departments of leading German and British law firms. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2024.
Alexander is fluent in German and English.
