Biography
Adam Ofman is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Adam participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Adam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from CUNY – Queens College.
